Messaging Terms

Effective September 23, 2026

These terms cover text messages (SMS) that DAR-US Inc. (“DAR-US”, “we”) sends about a driver employment application submitted at apply.drive4darus.com. By ticking the text-updates box on your application, you agree to them.

1. What we send

Updates about your own application only: when the office needs something from you (a revision request), reminders about that request, and whether your application can continue. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this consent.

2. Consent

Text updates are optional and you must choose them yourself by ticking the box. Consent is not a condition of employment or of submitting an application — every message is also sent by email. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you gave us.

The box reads:

Text me updates about my application (revision requests and reminders) from DAR-US. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with your application — usually a few messages while a request is open.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DAR-US does not charge for these messages; your carrier's rates apply.

5. Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you; you will get one message confirming it. You will keep receiving application emails.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@darusinc.com or (708) 713-3345.

7. Opting back in

Reply START to a previous message, or tick the text-updates box again on your application page.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier.

9. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Eligibility

Available to U.S. mobile numbers. You must be at least 18 years old.

11. Changes

We may change or end this program; changes take effect when posted on this page.
